LEVEL: well I'm advanced in building, beginner in challenges and posting, so Intermediate I guess?
LOT SIZE, ADDRESS, & FINAL COST: 20x30, 610 Old Farm Road (Riverview I deleted the lot there and replaced it with this one to get the right setting), $16,465
LOT DESCRIPTION & DETAILS: Although Wild Rose Cottage looks like it has been in place for a hundred years or more, it was built just recently. This quaint little one bed one bath was built in the Tudor style. In the back is a large kitchen garden stocked with fruit trees and vegetable plants, as well as small shaded patio surrounded with hydrangeas.
CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: Uh, Yes! I'd love some CC, it just makes me a better builder!
