um, completely forgot how to get showtime shows/simfests to show up? which venues?

i have showtime stage in both a dive bar and a dance club do i need another specific type of venue to get them to work? there are never any simfests or shows going on at either of these places

I only ever see them at the Performance Park and it's the only showtime venue I tend to place. But I do place others sometimes.
