Windows Media Player is not a good test program. Your having a video problem. Try a benchmark program like 3dmark (there is a free version to test your video). I'm thinking something got deleted that was needed. Revo is a great uninstaller but is powerful and should be used with care. Dxdiag does not test the video card but gets info about the card. Really need to test the video system. Could be the card or the power supply. Please post mane and model of power supply and name and model of video card please.
