Unable to start game. Device 0 cannot run this title

The dxdiag should tell you which driver your using. On boot the computer checks the video system (and other things) and if it finds a problem it will load a default driver. The AMD (ATI) card will not work with Nvidia drivers so I'm guessing the video card has ATI drivers. If you must remove the Nvidia drivers do so through the control panel programs and features. This will use data the was saved about the installation.
