Thanks for the reply, as I said I am aware that my NVIDIA graphics card isn't the best, but I was running Sims 3 with several expansions for well over a year with no graphical issues whatsoever on settings varying from low to high with little noticeable drop in performance. Also in your link, while my graphics card isn't listed in the initial list, in the third post under the heading "medium to high settings with all expansion packs" the 710M is listed, so i should be able to play. I don't mind using lower settings, I would just like to be able to play at all.
