Was this a thing or did I imagine it? (ITF related)

So, I had babies both ways in the future world (the regular way and engineered) and what I was thinking was that being born in the future would automatically give them a maxed out Advanced Technology ...

@carlystur03 I don't remember babies born there having max AT. but while there sims do learn AT at a faster rate than home world. But I could be mistaken I haven't gone there in years.
I do remember my babies when aged to kids there, did have the HoloPhone, and the hidden trait Future Sim (Future Sim
Lifetime Happiness Points: 10,000, any Sims conceived while in the Future will be born with it as a hidden trait. )
