Size : Never really thought about but I guess at least 30x30? I usually see it in terms of rooms, I need at least 3-4 bedrooms, a backyard with space for gardening + a little cabin for sport equipment etc.. and a basement for nectar making
Cost : Doesn't really matter, my legacy family is rich :D
Also I'd say I'm pretty good at decorating and landscaping, I just really suck at building anything lol
And also, thank you @GraceyManor, I just moved my family into the house you linked and it's perfect. I reorganized a little bit, esp to add the little cabin with a basement but other than that it's top notch!
