First - old threads get locked if someone posts in them. It's called necroposting and is against the forum rules so a moderator will drop by shortly and lock this thread.

There are some mods that will crash the game if you have them installed on their own. For example, the Cupcake mod will crash if you don't have the bakery installed. There are groups of mods at NRAAS with a base mod and lots of extra mods that require the base mod to be installed at the same time as the extra mods are installed. Examples are Story Progression mod and Master Controller mod both have lots of extra mods that are very useful but you can't just have the extra mods in your game without the base.
