Especially, because I was like "Conall! Your baby! OMG!" and my sim was like "Mmmmmmmmh?".
And the moment he turned his head, the toddler was normal again! One could make a horror story out of that. :D

The playsuit is CC (from modthesims), but I don´t think, it was the cause. It seemed, as if the toddler was attempting a grown up animation. Never happened again.
I regularly get naked sims (they "forget" to get dressed after showering), but I actually find that hilarious. If it bothers me, I just let them change outfits.
