What community lot types do wedding arches work on?

Is it all of them? Are there any it doesn't work on? I need to know because I'm thinking of either adding a wedding venue or adding a wedding arch to one of the community lots in the world that I'm currently working on. Are there any lot types it won't work on, where you can't have a wedding, or is it pretty much all of them? I probably should have asked this question before
