What's your favorite part about The Sims 3?

Open world play.
Least favorite: routing issues that cause lag.

Favorite - Open world freedom to do anything you want
Least favorite - Error 16

the ability to escape real life

Favorite aspects: Open world; deep customization; good AI; Island Paradise; occults; lots of content

Least favorite aspects: I have to use mods to keep it running smoothly; certain bugs

Having said that, I have a desktop that runs it well with rare crashes, and I've learned how to avoid the pudding sims (the sims whose slider values are all set to zero). I don't think they're unattractive. I just don't want a town full of clones. The maids are always pudding and I don't mind that either cause who doesn't want a clone cleaning for them!

omy that video was AMAZING. dang. A true labor of love for the sims. <3 Maybe everybody else is used to level of dedication but it blew me away. :)

My favourite aspect of the game is the scope of customization! I love the creative freedom that the game allows for. I also love how detailed and extensive the gameplay is.

I also play Sims 4 sometimes, and what the newer game completley fails to deliver are unique sims. Every sim, despite having different traits seems to be the same, has the same wishes and wants. And is a nervous wrack with the "emotions" changing every few seconds.

Every Sims 3 sim is different. Even if you create 2 sims with the same traits, they behave different, want different things, are absolutely not the same. I love that.

My very most favorite part of my Sims 3 were the Color Wheel & Textures. I was able to color almost everything, from the hair/clothing to objects & build modes. B)
My most unlike part of my Sims 3 were the fact that it froze to the point of unplayable.
My now most unlike part of my Sims 3 after the long awaited fix of the game froze is the fact that the Sims Store doesn't work anymore. :'(
