Hmmm, this may sound weird but I fancy Cletus' farm, It's really clever and fun to design around. The Cool Brown House too...

For Premium I'd say El Chemistri, Sleep Eazy Motel and Barney's Bowloramma...

Free - the Pimento Grove. It just looks so classy with the deep green and purple!

Premium - the Duff Brewery, purely for Duff Man. I love his catchphrase.

I'm an indecisive one.. Right now I would say

My favourite non premium would be the State Penitentiary

My favourite premium are Aztec Theater, Planet Hype & Duff brewery (can't make up my mind on these)

Non premium: bad dream house( was non premium at halloween last year) or cool brown house.
Premium: duff brewery, awesome character. Don't regret the purchase.

I really like the farm too. There are so many things that can be done with it, it's almost mind boggling.

Also I don't think El Chemistri is a premium lol :P

I know what you mean about Otto! He should've been a free character IMO. He's almost like a main character!

Non-Premium -The Buddhist Temple gets my vote since its easy to decorate
Premium-Volcano Lair (Hank was one of my first purchases and remains my favorite)

Non-premium; Bachelor Arms because the crying when I tap it is hilarious
Premium; Frink's lab. I love Frink! I think he's my favorite premium character.

I dont have all the premium buildings though, dont have Hank Scorpio or the Museum of Natural History.
