Why can't my sim play this tune on piano?

This guy is the npc pianist in prosperous room lounge. Looks like he earns money from singing in the morning, then works as a pianist in the afternoon. My sim has learned every piano books at the bookstore and mastered the piano skill but I have never seen my sim plays this tune. Also there are some other tunes more I can listen only from the npc pianists. Is there any some specific songs only the npc pianist can play?
