Yes if you change the water level after building ports and dive lots, you will need to delete the dive lots and rebuild. The ports you will need to rebuild, as the gangway will now be at the wrong water level and the boats docked will be sitting above or below the proper sea level (depending on weather or not you raised or lowered the sea level) ... so yes if you want to raise or lower the sea level do it before building lots on the water!
It will save you a lot of hard work and heartache. :wink: I do tend to learn things the hard way!!
ETA: Reggie, I think you are working on an older version of IA, as I have rebuilt all of the ports on the current version posted on mediafire and have tested them. There are 2 that I need to fix, but they are not water level issues (see my last post on IA).
