Off the top of my head, I'd pick out:

Speedy Cleaner (5,000) (Why does it take forever to clean the house?)
Observant (5,000) (Learning faster about the people I work with)
Fast Learner (15000) (Spending less time studying to learn something new)
Teleportation Pad (75000) (I hate commuting)
