How to Transfer Happy at Home Login Reward Items

I have two laptops - one I primarily use for gaming (like the Sims), and the other one for games that don't perform well on the other laptop. Throughout June, I claimed all of the rewards from the Happy at Home event. Last week, the "A" and "S" keys stopped working on my old laptop, which was an issue, because most games I play require those two keys to work.

I installed the EA App and Sims 4 on my newer laptop, and since I hadn't gone far into a save on my old one, I started fresh. It was definitely an improvement because I was having 30 seconds to a minute loading screens whereas on my old  laptop, it was more 3 to 5 minutes. I was editing the gym in Oasis Springs to add the vending machines from Snowy Escape, High School Years, and Happy at Home, when I noticed I could not find the vending machine from the Happy at Home Event. I checked and none of the items from the event were there.

I reinstalled the EA app and the Sims 4 on my old computer, started a new save file (since I deleted the other ones), and the items from the event are still available there. My question is, how then, do I get these items from my old laptop to my new one?
