Did you remove your CC ? Did you try lowering the graphic settings to see if that makes a difference ? I'm unsure about your chip cause I have no idea how good newer chips with > 500 MB of dedicated memory actually are. It's still a chip that gets a lot of pressure.
I'll be checking with some more tech savy people and get back to you.
what is CC?
my compuer is ½ years old it has 8 gb memory intel core 17 36100m 2.3 GMZ
CC = Custom Content

You might have a good processor and enough RAM but only a graphic chip and not a card (unless you have another one in there). They are lower in performance then cards.
Try the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-3/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps/td-p/714/ to make sure you have no 3rd party content in the game and see if it then stops crashing. If not, try lowering the graphic options.
my graphic cards is a nviadia geforce gt 630m 2 gb
Oh, then this is an issue of the game not recognizing your card properly.
Try this: http://www.modthesims.info/showthread.php?t=481768
Are you willing to try a third party tool ?
There's a tool called the crash log analyzer (just google). It can give you some indication what's wrong and maybe point us in the right direction.

Never seen anything like that. Are you bypassing the launcher ?
Seems the game still does not recognizes your other card.
Should I post this at MTS or do you want to do it ? Ford should be able to assist you better.
i don't bypassing the lancher aand yes post it
what is MTS?
ModTheSims. The site were you downloaded the tool from 🙂
I posted but haven't gotten an answer yet.
Try if it also crashes when you bypass the launcher and start the file ts3w.exe
yes I have tried that
Then I'm sorry, I really don't know what else to try.
Maybe someone else has an idea for you.
what about ModTheSims is no answer there? can
I not find your post
I posted in the comments of the tool, last page.
Ford was rather unsure as well. Maybe you could post yourself. It's easier then going back and forth.
