I'm getting really frustrated as I've been trying to figure out how to work my game for the past couple of hours and nothing is working.
I've read through every response and tried eeeevvverything to try and fix my game. I'm running into the black screen problem and I wasn't aware, before the IP Patch that any of the moving files and whatnot had to be done since I'm relatively new to TS3, so I thought, "oh, it's just another update, no big deal." WRONG.
I've removed all of the CC that I've installed and I've tried moving my game to my desktop. The launcher works fine, but I'm still seeing some CC in there and I have no idea where it's coming from; I moved all of the content that I've ever downloaded onto an external hard drive and deleted the MODS folder and anything left in the DOWNLOADS folder from the general EA file.
I'm not sure what else to do at this point so I was wondering if anyone else could help me before I decide to uninstall/reinstall. Also, will uninstalling delete all of the families/lots I already have? I hope not...I spent hours customizing a lot of stuff as I'm sure many of you have!
