More sims 3 mac errors

1. Seasons: when it snows the path of snow covered roads cuts through walls and floors. see image attached, the path of the roads is visible even far off on the map cutting through walls.
2. Showtime: the bands don't spawn when there's supposed to be a show. I haven't tested this in the world that came with Showtime, but it doesn't work at any other world with showtime lots, like the karaoke place, the coffee house or the showtime stage
3. Showtime: with the Karaoke machine, there is no sound. The animations are correct, the other sims react either positively or negatively to the performer but there is no music and no vocals from the machine.
