32 Bit Sims 3 Expansion Pack

I’m trying to get one of my Sims 3 expansion packs updated to the 64-bit version, as my system no longer supports 32-bit applications. (Yes, my laptop is compatible with the game. I've submitted cases and the only response I got was "check if your game is compatible.") I’ve previously done this successfully through EA Live Chat with other packs, but I noticed that the option to contact support via live chat seems to have disappeared.

Could someone please help me with this process or direct me to the right place to get the 64-bit version added to my account?
