As of right now, the 64-bit/Metal version of Sims 3 can now be downloaded from Origin.
I don't have the game or one or more packs in my Origin library. What's going on?New purchases aren't showing up for everyone and may not for a couple days. Some "entitlements," as they're called, are still being pushed out. Additionally, new purchases are lagging behind. Please see

If you see the old (32-bit) entry of Sims 3 in your library but don't see the 64-bit version, or you see a pack in the old Sims 3 entry but not the new one, please contact EA customer support and ask for help.
