Accidentally blocked it

Sigh, so I think I made a mistake. I bought Sims 3 Starter Pack from GameStop, done everything necessary and redeemed a code, but when I went to download it, Firefox blocked it - thinking it must have been an ad or something, I guess. So, I clicked on the thing where it said 'allow ads to pop up on sims 3' or something like that, but now, every time I try to download my game, it takes me to a page that says 'The address wasn't understood. Firefox doesn't know how to open this address, because the protocol (sims3) isn't associated with any program. You might need to install other software to open this address.'

Is there anyway to fix this?

I realized what I originally was trying to download was one of the expansions first, so I just tried to redeem Sims 3, and it was redeemed, but it is not showing up in my history so I can try to download it.
