I have just left a message today regarding my probs, you may find it interesting!!! But basically the ppl on the EA support chat, while very pleasant are just not doing it!!!! I have been waiting since Roaring Heights came out to get my probs sorted, and I am still waiting,but its explained in my message!!!!!
