Alchemy Problem - can't make potions

Recently I start working on the alchey skill with one sim. However, I recently came into a problem. Whenever I try to make a potion, my sim walks up to the alchemy table, nothing happens and the interaction ends.

I have already tried:

  • resetsim cheat
  • Deleting cache
  • removing mods

Nothing seems to help. Is there antyhing I've missed?

    This bug is caused by special seeds the Sims inventory. Remove them and it should work again.

    Unfortunately this is still an issue for some. I’m dealing with it right now. The seed in the inventory thing is not the problem I’m having. Haven’t been able to figure it out… guess I’ll have to keep reading through forums bcz EA isn’t fixing the issue.
