Am I allowed to upload Sims 3 content that was used by other Sims creators ??

I wanted to know what were the guidelines to uploading content used by other creators...such as custom hair,jewelry,clothes, shoes etc...I also wanted to know if it would be ok to upload images from different sites and convert images into patterns to add to the sims 3 pattern tool. Thanks so much!!!

usually simmers give credit to the creators of the CC items and also say that the item contains CC some creators like to be asked you can check on their site what they say no idea about CAP hopefully a CManager can answer that one for you
