SimGuruSmitty created Midnight Hollow's Festival Grounds called Pitch Park but I am unable to see it in the Sims 3 game. I have been successful installing the Festival Grounds from the Sims 3 launcher, and I see it in my downloads folder on my computer BUT when I start playing the Sims 3 game, I cannot find the community lot anywhere. Has anyone experienced this problem and if so, is there to fix it?
I will try your suggestion. I copied the file from the DCBackup folder and placed it in the Library. Also saw Lindsay's suggestion after bulldozing the lot in game and placing MHs Festival lot in its place, to: Play the game in live mode for just a few Sim mins. Go back to Edit Town and THEN change the lot type to Festival Grounds. I shall see if this works. Otherwise the Sims in Midnight Hollow will just have to enjoy the World of Wonder Carousel in place of the Festival Grounds. I'll let you know if this works. Thanks. Enjoy your day.
Eureka!! I followed your advice and Lindsay's and found the festival grounds in my game. Thank you so much. The Festival Grounds for Midnight Hollow looks awesome. Just curious why we had to copy the file from the DCBackup folder and place it in the Library folder. Why wasn't the lot from the Sims3 Exchange doing this? I don't have that file in my dcbackup? I have the festivals grounds though on my other maps I play and can Interact with them! When I type it in anywhere it shows no file? How do I not have that file? Can anyone help me out to get it?

Have you actually installed it? The lot doesn't download automatically with the world; you'd need to add it separately and then place it from your in-game bin.
