do you guys have any idea about the newest installation issues (the one that has a sticky in the mac forum) ? Are there any solutions around on this ?
I've been sending people over to the mac forum since gaa is not here anymore and there's no one else that can help with macs (no pressure on you of course, you have enough work at the officials).

Installing the superpatcher again seems to work for some but as usual it's hit or miss. I believe that mods are the usual culprit - people forgetting to take them out. When I've recommended to move out the TS3 folder, most of the time the game works again..... Failing that, and failing a clean uninstall and reinstall, I think the problem is probably unstable, throttled internet connections perhaps?
