Babysitter leaves early

So I have 2 married couples living together and each couple has a child. All of the adults work at the same time, so it requires me to call a babysitter. My first babysitter would arrive and then leave a few mins. later before any adult came home, so I fired her. Now my new babysitter does the same thing! Help
