It's in your mods folder not installed through the launcher.
If you installed it via Helper monkey it should be in c:\programs\electronicarts\thesims3\game\mod.
I would suggest uninstalling the helper monkey (it's not compatible with the EPs), delete that mods folder completely, along with the resource.cfg that can be found in the game folder (don't delete any others, especially not the ones in the game\bin folder. They are used by the game and if you delete them, the game won't work anymore). Also delete the d3dx9_31.dll in your game/bin folder (not the one in the windows\system folder or your windows will stop working correctly).
