Wishlists still broken

EmDee8907​  Did you clear your browser cache and wait a bit to see if the items eventually disappeared?  I ask because I haven't seen other reports of this recently, and I was able to empty my wishlist a few months ago.  That doesn't mean the feature isn't broken now, but it's worked at least some of the time.

EA customer support is unlikely to be able to help here.  I don't think support reps even have the tools to fix this kind of issue.

hi yes I tried to clear the cache, even in incognito mode and no luck, also tried using my phone and nothing deletes lol. 

yes i cleared the cache off the browser, even did an update to chrome that was required but no luck. at this point id be happy if someone could just delete the entire wishlist. 

also tried opera and firefox again no dice seems to be broke for me 

EmDee8907​  I tried this just now with a new item (had never been on my wishlist, and I don't own it).  I had no trouble removing it a minute after I added it:

So the site isn't broken overall.  But maybe there's a problem with old items, or items you already own.  Have you tried adding and removing a new item?  If it works, the issue is limited.  If not, there's something about your account or devices (even the network) that's a problem.

hi thanks for getting back to me I tried it again using chome and i remove it and it says deleted but when i refresh the page its back. 

I thought maybe it was an issue with certain items so i added the new venues but still same issue they will delete but wont stay deleted. 

EmDee8907​  Mine is still empty.  I used Firefox in adding and removing the item.

I'll keep an eye out for new posts, but without more reports, I don't know how much of a priority this would be.  In the interim, if you have the chance to borrow a computer from someone who doesn't live with you (so different network, IP address, etc.), that would be a useful test.  I realize you already tried on your phone, but that's not conclusive if you were using your home wifi.

So i tried just using my phones data and using firefox browser and no luck lol. I remember this was one of the resons i stopped playing sims 3 back then because I was buying stuff i already had. I douby many people will report the issue since they moved on to sims 4. I was hoping to complete the sims 3 before it one day disappears. IMO i always likes the 3rd the best. I may try to reach out to support to see if they can help. Ill keep playing around with this though maybe i can figure it out. thank you again for the help

also to edit i tried my late brothers laptop and same thing nothing will delete. 

hi sorry on late response I currently have over 2k items in the wishlist and I have been trying everything, I went and got my late brothers laptop because its a windows 8 and used Internet explorer there but it says deleted and nothing deleted at all. I tried clearing all my browsers cache and even on incognito mode on my laptop but still no dice. support did look into it and they said its a server issue and most likely wont ever be fixed i have so many i want to delete it drives me crazy lol but guess its gonna be stuck this way. thank you for trying to help. ill just randomly keep checking it when i check out daily deals maybe one day it will actually delete the stuff

It's the site, not you, so there is nothing you can do. Mine has been the same for years (can't delete anything from the wishlist).

I know The Sims 3 Store and basically the whole website is not being managed anymore. However, my wishlist is broken. I want to remove items I've already purchased, but when I click the x they keep popping back up when I refresh the page.

Anyone know how to fix this if it can be fixed? Never had this issue before.
