BAD CUSTOM CONTENT WON'T UNINSTALL (SHYMOO, ETC.) HELP!!

i have some unwanted clothes in my game i cant get rid of them i tryed everything its also glitching my baby when they are born they come home deformed and i have to change them back when i put in a  cheat . i have tried to seacrh for it in the luncher i delete it but the clothes are still in CAS for all my sims age . i had detle all of the the sims i had put in my game from the exhange . the glitch is called shymoo
