Banned and blocked from saving sims 3.

I'm not allowed to save my game on sims 3 anymore.

I press "Save" button on sims and my game freezes and my computer crashes and i loose my stuff on sims only arrow from mouse is moving.

I tried to contact support but they have blocking me from support website and they do not answer or help me at all or if i got answers they are so mean to me.

I wonder why i'm banned and blocked from saving my game???

Am i banned and blocked from saving my game because of i use cheats too much or what???

As the message says you already have several open cases with support. Be patient and wait for them to return to you.

If you explain your problem in more detail someone here may be able to help you.

@X-Dr-Fantasy-XXX  If you already have open cases about the same issue it will slow down the support response. You need to clear previous issues. If multiple people respond to your multiple cases about the same issue you may not get the same answer and trying multiple different responses may interfere with fixing the issue. Did the game ever work correctly? If you start a new game can you save? Using cheats should not stop you from saving the game - I say should not but in computers anything is possible. The game does a lot of stuff to create the save file and one thing is if you do not have enough free space on the system hard drive not cause the game not to be able to save. There are other things that could interfere with creating a save game. Do you try to save the same game over and over again? You need to find out if the game can actually save a game and that would be start a new game and try to save. If you can not save the new game the game core files may be corrupt or your computer may have an issue. Many users don't realize operating system require sufficient free space on the system device for optimum operation of the operating system. If you have insufficient free space the operating system may (probably) refuse to complete the operation. There is also a rights issue to consider. What kind of user is your computer login have? This issue is unusual and can be caused by different causes and long distant troubleshooting may require answering some questions that may seem redundant (my memory isn't what is used to be) and you may feel not necessary.

    Hi @X-Dr-Fantasy-XXX,

It's not possible to get banned from saving, don't worry 🙂

Have you read the message in the 'Call EA Help' grey box we can see in your screenshot? Please, take a look there, as there's a link you might find useful 😉

Regarding the save issue, let me try to help: were you able to save your game in the past, or this happened since you installed the game?

    Cheers,
    -Mai

    Hi @X-Dr-Fantasy-XXX,

Have you tried to repair your game through Origin? That might help 🙂

Right click on The Sims 3 game on Origin and use the Repair option.

Let us know if you can save once Origin finishes repairing your game 😉
