Barnacle Bay help
I'm having a issue where I can't get Barnacle Bay to show up on my worlds owned list. I am trying to complete my collection but this is driving me insane. Is there anyway to fix this?
Morgyn_Ember Did you buy Barnacle Bay, or did you get it for free? I ask because at least some of us who have it for free, myself included, don't see it listed as owned but can in fact install it. In this case, there's no real fix other than to buy it, which I doubt you'd want to do considering you can already use it.
If you did buy BB, you could try getting a refund from EA customer support so you can buy it again. I don't know that this would work considering you already have access to the world, but it doesn't hurt to ask. I would use the live chat option rather than email if you want to get anywhere at all.
