Barnacle Bay
I bought Barnacle Bay and I tried to use it but it is not appearing in my origin so I cannot play it. Is there any way you can maybe retrieve my game?

Barnacle Bay is a world, not a game and therefore needs to be downloaded through the Sims 3 website and not Origin. You can redeem the code here ( https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html ) and then it should appear in your purchase history for download: https://store.thesims3.com/purchaseHistory.html
