have you tried the resetsim * ?
ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type in resetsim* (hit enter ) this will send all sims inculdeing your own or reset the dog
ctrl+shift+c hold all 3 together in the menu bar that appears at the top of the screen type resetsim first name last (of your sim pet ) hit enter and since you have pets if the dog has enough lifetime wish rewards fomr the dogs ltw's an autowasher can be bought you just click on it option have wash or bath something like that or get it from buydebug
