KaelaDrakkavar - See if your sim has seeds in their inventory. If you have trouble with sims fishing or shopping at the store, but only in the world, the vacation spots are not affected - it is a glitch caused with seeds in the sims inventory. Take the seeds and either place them on the ground on your sims lot or in their fridge until your sim can plant them - just get them out of the sims inventory, and they will be able to fish and shop again.
