No it just stop responding, this message has also just come up, before i send the DxDiag, is this anything to do with it?
A window pops up saying 'This program is missing a Windows component' and it says ' This programs requires flash.ocx, which is no longer included in this version of Windows'

Also forgot to ask what anti virus you are using if Bitdefender it does not mix with the game. If you have Bitdefender you would need to remove that and use a different anti virus

Your welcome and If you have flash player fine but Im not sure about your anti virus, you can try shutting it down and see if the game will start, If not could you please post your DxDiag.
My DixDiag is posted below, when I spoke to EA previously they mentioned about my dedicated memory which was 64MB. But I didn't know quite what to do about this issue as I am very confused to the issues arising.
