Blackscreen monitor while playing sims 3 with a sounds

@SimmerEllaine Honestly, I'm not sure that there's a way to play TS3 on your computer. Its components are old, both in terms of when they were made and the amount of use they've probably had so far. Even new, this hardware wouldn't be expected to run more than the base game and one or two early packs. But whether your computer is starting to fail or it just can't keep up with the demands of the game, it just doesn't seem like a good idea to try to play TS3. Even if you did get it running, the your computer might break down from the stresses the game would place on it. I'm sorry not to have better news.
If you really want to play a Sims game, you might have better luck with TS2. It would have run beautifully on your hardware ten years ago, and it might still work out well now.
