Bought Roaring Heights world on EA App. Where is it?
I don't know how to get it in my game. The EA app has a green checkmark ("you own this add-on") but I don't see it anywhere in the Sims 3 Launcher.

I went to play Sims 3 after not touching it for the past month and got "a serious error has occurred while loading roaring heights.sims3"
I've tried all of the fixes: making sure the sims 3 folder isn't open anywhere, disabling antivirus software, and turning off read-only on the folder. I just can't load that save (or any of the 5 roaring heights backups). I'm at the point where I want to give up on the game and uninstall.
