I have observed no pixies from the wishing well. I do have the tree of prosperity installed and no mods to test it. So something is broken with those 2 items. They are supposed to work together.

Also I had a sim try to wish for stuff, no wishes were granted. I only had time for him to make 22 wishes. But not a single one worked.
