Brunch at the Old Mill set not show in game

I have purchased the Brunch at the Old Mill Set and downloaded it and seen the file location on my computer, however I still cannot find it in my game. I go to edit town and check the community buildings it's not there. All of the other downloads such as World of Wonders and others are there but not this one. 

Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
