Bug when getting married, sim won't move in or change last name?

I have a big problem with my game. Everything goes along great with everything UNTIL a sim is getting married. The wedding starts and they exchange rings and right before the kiss is over both of the...

this is a bug as of patch 1.42

      yep most  of us will have to

      the cause of this bug is EA added a code for a wedding anniversary which you only get with seasons installed so if you don’t have the EP this fails
