Buying Sim Points for the store is Not Working

I tried to purchase Sims Points but when I am about to click on Order and Submit, the form keeps looping back so I have to enter my name and address and method of payment again. I did this three times and just hope I will not be charged three times. Can someone look into this? Looks like no shopping for me today.

  • Is there another way to contact the Sims store? I was waiting for a tech in the Chat window for 15 minutes but couldn't wait any longer. Is there a telephone number to call? I have always used IE 11 as my browser for Windows 7. I am not changing browsers. I just will not purchase anymore Sim points using my credit card.

i think in the steps i gave you to contact CS if you live in the US is a call me option

wait i'll check the steps my self and let you know

edit yes there is i choose billing/purchase and cant buy simpoints as the issue

  • Thank you for your help. I found the telephone icon for someone from EA to call me back. The matter is resolved. The store is being worked on (must be dusting off the shelves for the Sims 4 ). Just kidding. Gabe from EA called me right away and eased my worries about whether my account had been charged three times, which it wasn't . I've never seen this happen before where after you enter your payment information and click on Order and Pay, instead of receiving a confirmation receipt the form just loops back to the screen where you have to enter your payment information again. A word of advice for everyone. Don't do what I did. If your order did not go through the first time, contact EA. Do not re-enter your payment information because the screen could loop again.
