Buying Sim Points

Hi,

I'm from the Philippines and I would like to purchase SIMPOINTS but the website doesn't seem to allow me to change the country of origin to Philippines. It is also not accepting my credit card information (AMEX). Please let me know if there's any way for me to purchase the points.
