Can’t download Monte vista

I play the sims 3 on steam. A few days ago I bought monte vista in origin, after making the payment I got a game code which I use in origin, I have been reading that using it on origin can invalidate...

    If you're not able to redeem the code on TheSims3.com, the live support team can look into processing a refund for Monte Vista instead.
