@amyleigh03865 Okay, then you can't install the 64-bit version and need to play in 32-bit. The issue you're seeing has been reported by a few other users recently, so I'll merge your thread with this other one once you see this (please let me know).

This is a problem on EA's end, so you'll need to wait for EA to fix it. Hopefully that will happen soon.
Hi, I am experiencing the same issue except I am playing on a Max with the 64-bit version. I have been in contact with them literally three times and no helpful advice. For those reading this I have tried
- Restarting my mac
- Uninstalling and installing both the Sims 3 and Origins (The Easy and Hard ways)
- Deleted the cache
- Checked my downloads
- Checked my internet connection
- Cleared lots of space (even though I have a large amount of storage for these expansion packs)
- And just about googled and read every single similar forum.
If you couldn't tell I feel like I am losing my mind 😪. Really hope I haven't thrown away $120.00

@87abd9431996dd5e Just to be clear, you're missing the categories when viewing the 64-bit version of Sims 3? I still have the categories there (Expansion Packs, Stuff Packs, and also Friends Who Play), but not in the 32-bit version. If you could post a screenshot, it would be helpful just as confirmation for whoever is looking into this.

Sure, good idea! Yeah the option isn't available for any reason, as you can see down the bottom they haven't been installed into the game yet.
