Can’t get past World menu (Mac)
I’ve looked at many discussions and can’t find an answer that works. For 3 days now I haven’t been able to get past the world menu, it just has that circle and says connecting. I deleted and reinstalled, ran the repair on ea window, tried to find info in keychain and there wasn’t any, and I’m at wits end. Sims 4 works but 3 won’t and I like 3 better. Please help.
JanetMcNulty In KeyChain Access, did you see any entries with sims3 in them? Please look again to make sure, and delete anything you find.
You don't need to login to the Main Menu at all, and I would suggest not trying for now, since the game can hang on this screen and prevent you from playing.
