Sims 3 starter pack (HELS and LN) not accessible.

I know this probably gets brought up a lot, but I haven't been able to figure out a solution myself.

Basically, I believe all of this is caused because of my PC Game pass subscription expiring (Including the Sims 3, HELS and LN). But I am still able to access the Sims 3 and the DLC I bought. The only exceptions being the Starter pack content. On the EA app, they show as installed and "you own this add on" (I am not able to re-buy them from the store.) On the launcher however, the are missing; and on the game itself, it locked me out of saves in Bridgeport and everything else is like if I didn't own the packs (no bridgeport, no bands.)

Here's everything I've tried:

Contacting EA support

Repairing the game along with packs

Deleting and redownloading TS3

Installing Origin (You need to be connected to the internet to log in for the first time. I don't know what that error means.)

Clearing the EA app cache

Checking TS3 files (EP3 and SP1 are there and look alright, yet still nothing).

Redeeming the serial code for TS3. Didn't work since I already had the game.

Does anyone know what I can do? I can't rebuy the packs from the EA store and I find it too risky to buy the packs from a third party source. Any help is appreciated.

    I checked my order history and it doesn't show. I do think it because my EA Play ran out (Due to my PC Gamepass running out) but if so I don't know how I am able to still access The Sims 3 and also why they show up as owned in the store and I am unable to buy them through there.

    Thanks for checking! In that case it sounds like we need the live support team to fully remove the EA Play version from your account so you can purchase the packs if you like. We aren't able to make these changes on your account from the forums, but live support here can take a look with you.
