Hello,
I bought activation code for Sims 3 - Ambitions and now I am trying to download it and install it. But the installation failed many times always at 30%.
I checked the server - it´s ok.
I checked the computer capacity - it´s ok.
I cleared the cache.
I restarted the application and also restarted computer.
But nothing helps. Any ideas what else I can do?
I am desperate. Thank you in advance.
f6ec1218a26efe0d Try repairing the game (Sims 3 > Manage > Repair) and see whether it helps. You can also try just launching the game after repairing to see whether the EA App automatically starts downloading Ambitions, as sometimes happens.
If that dosn't make a difference, does your computer run Windows or macOS?
Thank you. Where I can find repair? I found the function "manage" but no "repair" function
f6ec1218a26efe0d The Repair option won't show up when the game is running or when you're trying to download some content. It looks like the download is paused though; does it help to try to restart?
If not, clear the EA App's cache again, and look for the Repair option before doing anything else.
