Can I 'exchange' my Sims 3 for Sims 4?

I love my Sims 3, but it no longer runs on any of the computers I have. Ive invested a bit and I wanted to know if there is some sort of program where I can 'exchange' or upgrade from my Sims 3 to Sims 4? Just wanting to see what my options are!

I think Amazon has some kind of trade-in program. But keep in mind, you won't be getting Sims 4 for free, just a discount based on the condition of whatever it is you're trading in. Then there's Gamestop.
